st off i wouldnt have a stock 1 skimmed, yes sum have it done but if it aint done correctly well......ull have no engine left if it xplodes, i got the sfr clutch and fly kit, had it fitted last tuesdsay, got alittle clutch judder at the min until it beds in, only advantage of the flywheel is its less work for the engine but you should rev quicker than normal, ive also noticed my mpg has gone up slightly, probly as its eaier for the engine

you can get a lightened flywheel for a Gen 1 for well under Â£300 from the states mate, think i paid about Â£154 or something like that for my XTD one, still not had it fitted yet though.
