Any1 know the correct diameters for both lights? Was going to open my lights and measure, but then thought someone on here might know, or have an old headlight unit nearby to measure.
Just thinking that with the equipment I've got kicking about at work I might be able to knock up a set, but unsure what sizes the loops should be for both bulbs. From reading other posts ppl have used cans of WD40 for 1 size, but what's the other? Also, how hot do the stock headlight bulbs get? any chance of them getting so warm they could cause problems for the acylic loops?
lol, depending on progress may well be asking how's best to wire in too... ideally after them being on a new loop and not just spliced off the side-lights wiring, so i can use them on their own without side/main lights, so was thinkin about possibly eBaying a seat-heater switch, or similar, to fit in one of the blanks on the dash...
