bought a 2nd hand grilland converted into mesh to go better with front end.much prefered to cheese grater

so how exactly did you convert it to mesh.

got some mesh and bent it round the old grill,tie wrapped to secure screwed down in top of grill,hammered flat on corners and bobs your auntie

thats why i thought i could still see the standard cheese grater throught it. why not cut the centre of it out first then put the mesh over it.

i thought about that too.it'll be easy to experiment on this way

Black mesh looks great with a CF bonnet. Matches the weave really well. I was thinking of spraying the mesh in my bumper and bonnet black.

Looks good Dupe but I have just got a Gen 3.5 upper grill from Korea in black and hoping that will fit, if not I'll make it fit and only cost £18 delivered.
