Grill Spraying

hey people managaed to grab myself a bit of a bargin yesterday [ebay]330365656839[/ebay],

question is its un painted so what prep work do i need to do to it before i spary it, and where is the best place to get paint from i got a 2002 gen 3 silver coup so need to double check the paint code but is ready mixed paint avaliable at all?

The paint code for a Silver Gen 3 is LS. any decent motor factors (or halfrauds) should be able to mix some colour matched paint up for you.

Cheers guys any recommended procedure, ie rubbing down before the primer? although i have done some spraying previously although it was on a smaller scale on my RC car about 10 years ago so really reed a few tips. will i need to apply some lacquer?

Albert which type of spray should i use for the mesh?

is there any chance u could give me a list of all the products im gonna need for this cos i really dont wanna mess it up and have the other half scream at me if the paint peels off or the metal goes rusty cheers mate much appriciated :mrgreen:
