I tried all the above, but found the best way buy far was to bouble up some dental floss, and cut through it that way - get someone to give a little leaverage to get it under there and hey presto.

Steveo has this and he did say he got a little vibration, if you ruin the foam underneath it'd be a good idea to get that M3 tape/thin sticky foam on it and place those between the spoiler and the bodywork.
