I had another look before and if you know someone with tiny hands i reckon they could do it when the door is open at its widest. If anyone figures it out feel free to come and do mine

Right people, whilst ive been bored on this week off with great weather ive been trying to figure the wing indicator bulb out. Kinda done it!! Just waiting for my silver bulbs to be delivered now (got them through ebay). There is a guide to removing the gills on www.NewTiburon.com under the diy section http://www.newtiburon.com/forums/showth ... p?t=129285 hpoe that works for you. I only took out the first 4 screws on the arch and can get my arm up there to turn the indicator holder thingy and it reaches down long enough to change the bulb.
The race is on to see who can get it done first for all of us SIII owners

So when twisting and turning, is it the whole unit that turns or just the bulb in the holder ?

Are the wires long enough to reach ?

Don't wanna drop 'em and have to take the arch liner off after all

Lol, not that small - (looks at hands). It was akward and I did cut my hand and arm doing it, but it went in in the end - nobody misquote that

It's the entire block that turns. I couldn't work it out at first so that's why I took the lining off the first side, once I knew how it worked 'Twas easy.

....wing indicators now done !!!!

Without removing the arch liners....

Piece of cake and completed in less than half an hour with NO cuts at all lol
