Hello all, I have recently installed a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold purchased from SSautochrome, It cost £150 including shipping and they cleverly labled it as a reconditioned diesel manifold sent for testing and not for resale so there is no import tax......wahey to the tax man!

But there were problems with the fitting! the flange at the botom needs to be grinded to clear the bottom of the engine by around 4mm, nice and easy, The left side of the manifold also needs grinding to clear the powersteering pump or you can just take the powersteering pump off and refit after but I got trigger happy with the grinder

The kit for the 97 - 01 coupe 2.0 also comes with two holes for the oxygen sensors, one on the manifold and one just after the flex pipe underneath but they also conveniently come with the plugs to block them. I only have the one oxygen sensor and so I left the other one blocked.

Apart from that I think the manifold is very good for the price, It comes with bolts and all metal gaskits needed. The old bolts from the exhaust were a problem that was sorted by my old pal the grinder

All I need now is some heat wrap and It's all gravy
