Hey guys I'm just wondering I'm wanting to get a motoria exhuast for my gen 1 f2 and I have seen a obx header cheapish so I'm just wondering if you lot know if they work well together? And has anyone actually done this combination, how did it work out?

In that case I really don't want ok, talked to matt from PC and he said they can't get a motoria headers, what's a good one to go with a motoria exhuast? Somthing like xspower? PC quoted me £300 ish for a header may by a company called draft, never heard of them and that seems expencive

xs power is not the highest quality either.about the same as obx.opinions anyone.obx are ok as are xs power

You can get the XSpower header for around £160 off ebay iirc, just when you get it make sure you reweld the joints, mine were fine but they are known to be very poor welds as standard

I'm steering toward the OBX if I'm honest :P

I never had any problems with my XSPower header - the welds were fine, workmanship good and it worked as well as expected. It's still going strong on joeshyundai's car...

The OBX does seem to be a (slightly) better finished unit, particularly the mating flange but to all intents it's pretty much the equal to the XSPower jobbie.

They both require a cat welding in where the decat pipe sits, to get good gains and to pass the MOT.

The Motoria midsection is what is supplied by XSPower when you order their full system, the fit is not great with minor modification required to hangers etc to achieve an interferance-free fit.

i would be getting sharky to fit them so i wouldnt have to worry to much about that kind of stuff and im very confident he could do it with his eyes shut :P, so yeah thanks for the advice guys ill get a OBX-R header soon after i get my motoria exhuast

i had obx and that was absolutely fine. Fitment was perfect
