Hi guys just wondering how much you paid for both to be sorted?

I have been quoted £250

this has been covered maaaaaaaany times

but, it depends on where you go.

Non hyundai parts - belt & tensioner is about £60-80, plus VAT. sharky i believe on here charges about £150. Down here its about £300+

I did search back 6/7 pages but not really have more time, I think sharky is a little faraway from me, i guess i will keep phoning round to find it cheaper.

So... Where exactly are you then, mate? Putting UK down as location is better than nothing but does little to narrow it down. Also, some idea as to engine size etc would be good - is it an 2.0 (1.6, 1.8) I4 or 2.7 V6

If you are anywhere near Corby, Northampton, then I can recommend CorbyMOT as they sorted out the cambelt change on mine for £60 - I supplied the parts, went to http://www.buypartsby.co.uk for them...

to buy one costs anywhere up to 100 quid

I recieved quotes for just the cambelt change cost £150, so for £250 getting the pulleys done as well i guess it isn't too bad.

I got mine done just before Crimbo and cost me £300 (including full service)...

sure some places just think these prices up

genuine parts £80 the lot,and you should only be paying who ever is doing it an hours labour for fitting the belt with idler and tensioner,its that easy
