Just to give you guys the heads up.

Local dealership had asked £800 for supply and fit of clutch/flywheel.

Its defo worth shopping around - most other places did ask a high price but I was certain I can get it cheaper..

Got it all done from an MOT centre!!!(out of all places) £345 - how sweet is that.

The dealers said its expensive because its a V6.

Thats quite expensive even for a dealer, my local H dealer quoted me £250 for clutch and flywheel for my v6 (which ive not got or sorted out yet).

£250? you sure thats not just parts - being a stupid dual mass flywheel that bumps the price up - that sounds like parts only - double check....

well that makes sense then lol i paid about £340 for the clutch and fly, if ur going to mod the v6 engine you might aswell upgrade the clutch as the stock 1 dosnt last long under xtra power

I'm curious. Do you have to replace the flywheel on the v6 when the clutch fails?

its best to replace the flywheel if your going to do the clutch.

And yeah, the factory fitted clutch kits are not the greatest in the world.

ONLY if you are upgrading. Its not normal proceedure to replace flywheel when doing the clutch
