Guys wondering if any of you out there can help me out.

having gearbox trouble and one or two peeps in the know have suggested either the gearbox is on its way out, or the numpty who had it before me put the wrong gear box oil in it.

bit tetchy going up into fifth and on the way back down through the gears, third and second need to be at real low speed/revs before it will go in gear.

A - any one come across simmilar before, if so what was it

B - can someone advise what is the best option for gearbox oil in a gen 2 and how much diff is there between cheap and nasty and the premium stuff?

had a look through that 1, is the gearbox oil for the gen2 the same as the gen3 (75w80 semi synth)?

if so job jobbed
