As Faz says, a regular tubular one would be fine. Actually, the OE one would be OK too - but you'll get a better flow of gasses from an OBX, XSPower or similar.
The reason you need a special manifold with a turbo is because a turbo is mounted on the exhaust manifold and uses the exhaust gasses to spin the turbo's compressor wheel, thus giving the boost. A supercharger gets it's compressor spun by use of a belt and pully arrangement off the engine, has nothing to do with the exhaust gasses or the exhaust manifold.
It's deffo worth getting a tubular manifold heat-wrapped, they kick off a lot of heat. You can do it yourself, the ceramic tape is about £30 for 30 meters, it depends where you get it from. Just take your time, wear gloves and try not to worry too much about the smoke it give off when its curing!
