Just ordered one of these from a hyundai dealer as it was the only bit of paperwork that did not come with the car I just bought. They got me one at a rip off price of £22.00.

The manual however shows a facelift coupe line drawing. I contacted the Hyundai dealer and they have told me this is the only manual that was available and no specific F2 manual was printed. They have said that even Hyundai have told them this.

The rear of the manual shows NOV.34.1999.

Does anyone know if the above is correct or I they trying to pull a fast one?

the book i have is plain blue and white, has printed on the back, priting MAR 17 1999,
first page inside shows a outline drawing of a gen 1 coupe.

I got this little lot with mine and quite a few more bits inside the folder, the only seperate thing for the F2 evo was the tyre suppliment book. The ref number on the back is HP2639 06/99

Thanks Kups, I have that grey folder with everything other than the owners manual. the cover on my owners manual is exactly that same as the one in your picture. Ref on the back is Publication No FO-991131.

So I'm guessing this hyundai dealer is telling be a bit of bull.
