My wife and I are thinking of going back to just 1 car and a s she doesnt like mine it looks as though the coupe will be going.
My question is though how much you think it might be worth as i dont have a clue.
I work in underwriting for motor finance and looked on our systems and it suggessted about 3.5k but to be honest i was hoping a little more.

it is a 2004 (04) 1.6s
45k miles,1years mot and tax,fsh,good condition but tiny scuff next to front reg plate and slightly worn on drivers seat bolster.Nice metalic blue colour.

Anyone have a rough ball park figure?

Quick poke about online seems for that model/spec, probably starting around £4,500. That's what's on offer though, not necessarily what people are actually paying

Also depends where you are, roughly 8 miles either direction of my location can easily knock £1,000 off car prices at a garage.

Thanks for the advice,im in glasgow and noticed a few dealers and adverts seem to be asking crazy money but like you say that doesnt mean people are actually paying it.lol
around 4k would be ideal as i think thats what my finance settlement figure is.
