Hey Guys.

Should be picking up my Coupe later in the week! It's a 2005 facelift model (gen 3.5?) in black and has done 40k.

I've paid the deposit but the purchase is subject to a more thorough viewing when I go back later in the week.

Is there anything in particular I should look out for on this model? Anything that is likely to be dead or not working? As always, any advice appreciated!

check that it's a V6. If not, walk away

Just do the usual: Check for rust, that all the body panels line up etc.

and have a good good play with the windows, because the day after i bought mine the window motor packed in, saying that, mine is 2002 so yours should be fine.

as above anything electrical including and especially windows and central locking.check windows arnt loose in frame.check power steering for leaks at reservoir

Also check the locks themselves work (i.e. not just pressing the button on the fob) with the key in each door/using the interior lock knob on each door
