as some might know my girlfriend bought a gen 3.5 coupe 2.0 auto and despite the engine noise(see thread in engine section, whats that noise....)she and myself really like the car. now i quite fancy one but would prob go for the v6 version, can people tell me what are the v6 like to run ie mpg servicing etc and also is it wring to have two cars the same on the driveway?cheers

just make sure there not the same colour lol

in my opinion she already got the best colour the blue (is it ocean) so prob look at red or black to be honest

The V6 is a cool mota......... but the performance isn't that different to the 2.0l. Think if I was looking today, I'd prob wait and search out a TSiii. The interia is so cool.......

I do 55miles a day round trip to work and back..... About a 60/40 split motorway, town. Getting about 28 to the gallon which I think on an old design V6 engin is quite good.

Only major service is the cam belt, about £800.00 at a dealer

V6 sounds better and feels much faster than any 2.0 I've driven! Make sure you get an 05/55 plate Gen 3.5 to keep the tax down though! I'm averaging 29.6 mpg or something
