If you are serious about an SIII, I will soon have to sell my beloved car due to new company car scheme.

My SIII looks identical to the one on the masthead of this site (without the red calipers tho') - black leather as well...!!!

An absolute head turner with the high level spoiler, I've had since new May 07 and still get as many admiring looks as it did when I rolled out of the forecourt.

A great fun filled drive with the V6 block which sounds sooo sexy. economy is not as bad as you might think as the engine has to work a lot less especially when you move up to 6th gear.

As tempting as it may be I'm definitely focussed on the getting the 2L. I think I'm after carbon grey too but I really need go out and see some in the flesh.

Do stick an ad in For Sale though - I'm sure there'll be someone out there who's bill it fits!

think of it an investment, you've had the evo for getting on to nearly 10 yrs now, the mechanicals of an s111 are basically improved gen 1 parts, so by getting an s111 you that should be looking at another 10 years of a great trouble free driving. as for mileage on your evo, i dont think it'll affect value that much. the condition of the car makes up for it. everything is as it should be and everything still works. i think you could get 2.5k easily enough.

i love the s111 and may at some point buy one but i think if you got one now you would regret it.
you sound very much like me. im having real trouble giving up my gen 2. like you said its like an old friend. can you emagin driving around in the new s111 only to see a scummy boy racer ragging it around. this happened to me with my last car and lets just say i wasnt best pleased.
if your evo still has plenty of life in it why change. wait untill you start getting problems then trade it in.
