I love the way Hyundai pitch their brochures. "Best of brakes" suggested something a bit more exotic than just discs all round (vented at the front, no less!) with ABS. "Its potent engines require traction, braking, road holding and handling of the type necessary on a racing car."

(Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking the p*ss out of the car, just the way they write about it.)

Looks like they've been listening to the Infinity speaker fans on here, which is nice. And they're already given the Stig a drive (well, he seems to be in the brochure).

However, id like to know, other than the Hyundai badge, what will be the same as the coupe. Bet everythings different, including the floorpan.....

Its quite possible all that can/will change. Last i heard before this thread was the coupe would never be reelased here as it couldnt pass the new pedestrian impact tests (which was the only thing keeping it out of the uk/europe). So they either fixed in a new system for the peds, or what i read in the first place was a load of bolox. its why i put *** in my bits as it may or may not be wrong or something will change.

But yes the uk has become a huge joke for vehicles, not only do we pay more for fuel than any other country but our car insurance system is in the same state as the US health care system. (expensive, pointless, hardly covers anything, nitpicks everything and declairs policys void for the most minute things etc).

Might have to see what deals they are doing in March and spend some more money i dont have!
