So....some of you may know that I had problems with my battery and car not starting. Anyway I rang the dealers and got the coupe booked in. They gave me a courtesy car. It was a Subura Impreza (one of the new 5hitty ones) with a triptronic gear box (you know the semi automatic ones).

ANyway I was driving back down the A52 from Derby to Nottingham and this idiot of a driver pulls in front of me, causing me to brake suddenly otherwise I would have hit him...the result of that was a lorry going into the back of the car I was driving! Took out the back wind screen and caused some serious damage to the rear of the car....possible write off or at least a new boot and bumper etc. Had the embarrassment of ringing up the garage and telling them what happened. Good job I paid for their insurance. Anyway they sent out a pick up truck and by the time I got back to the garage they had finished with my car and I got to drive it back home!

The lorry driver was a right a55...and really small too and was mouthing off until I got out the car stood up and looked down at him!!

your lucky it was a subaru cuz i had a hyundai getz as a courtesy car and i wouldnt of liked to take a lorry up the car rear in that!
