Hi guys I am looking to buy my first Coupe, was thinking of coming up to the Uk to get one, saw some 2002 models which really look nice at abour £3000. I believe there is the 1.6, 2.0 & 2.7 petrol engines. I am looking to then ship it/drive it over to Malta - we have a very high registration tax over here. The 2.0 & 2.7 litres are very high to register over here but the 1.6 looks affordable. So 2 questions :

1/ what is the difference between the 1.6S & the 1.6 ?? as there is a thousand pound difference in the registration price & Im not sure whether it is worth it ??

2/ in regards to speed/performance how would these engines compare to my current 1.7DTI engine on an opel astra??

3/ i m really a big fan of the angel eye headlights, been driving an all black opel for the last three years & was looking at possibly a blue model. was wondering wether the angel eyes exist with a black background for the coupe as i think it would look neater than the standard silver headlights.??
