Basically how much do you think the following Coupe could get? It's black, on a 55 plate, 1.6 engine, 42,000 miles and has a one an a half year AA warranty left?

I paid a little premium for a black 1.6 (around £300) so I would say about £4,800/£4,900?? If its good condition

I guess that is not bad. I might have to get rid of mine. An opportunity has come about at work but you cannot opt out of the company car scheme. I want to keep the Coupe but I also want to try and improve my long term prospects.

I reckon the tax on a company car would be about £1.5k a year. I do not see the Coupe costing me that much on maintenance and insurance in the same amount of time.

What is the best way to sell? Sticking on this site for a start I guess would be a good bet.

hang on, am i reading right...your being FORCED to have a company car? I'm pretty sure that wouldn;t be legal unless in your contract or your a driving instructor...which would go back to the former.

Keeping the Coupe would be great but I have a problem with that suggestion. I need to move out to the South East (probably Greater London area) so I can't take both cars with me. The Coupe would be left behind in the East Midlands.

I accepted the job today. I don't know what to do!!
