Personally i have had no problems with PC, well ok maybe one. When i ordered my motoria exhaust i was sent the 2.0 version even though i asked for the v6, 1 email and 1 day later i was sent the v6 front section version (the 2.0 has 3 section instead of 2 for the v6). I asked how he wanted to sort out the now spare 2.0 part and he said he would send a courier on that friday.
Friday came and went and no courier, i emailed on 3 more separate occasions over 5 weeks and told each time there would be a courier.
No courier.

That was some time ago now and no courier ever came.

Luckily i happen to know that if a business doesn't claim a miss sent part after 6 months it legally becomes my property. so i sent it to a recycling centre last summer.

ALLAS ! I have had a reply.....

Quote:
Unfortunately its not that simple, they want us to pay $250 per exhaust for air freight alone maing the exhaust cost £500+, we will have to go down the Ocean freight route which will take about 4 weeks, we can offer you a £50 refund or a £75 credit
.....

what would you guys do.... ? or recommend ?... i'd be interested to know your thoughts.....

well i will agree and say there appears to be alot of problems with this company, also known first hand from parts that have missing gaskets, or parts that dont work(or arent for the coupe *motoria intake* cough!) and slow service, but then again what can you do??.. they obviously dont want the business if the service is crap! hopefully i might improve but then again... look at the poll lol

Just got my smoked lexus lights I ordered at least 6 weeks ago. It took an email for them to tell me it would be new year before they get more in, and this is February and I've just got them.

The products themselves were decent quality, however one of the screws on the unit doesn't extend out enough to screw into my car which is rather rubbish, although the other 2 screws are holding together ok. It didn't come with rubber seals either which I thought was a bit tight considering the £130 they cost and importance for them to be on the unit, but no biggie. £130 by the way is one of the cheapest prices I have sourced for them, so credit there. It's more the time I had to wait in order to get them that bugged me most (they are a pretty common enough mod and should have been in stock), but I wouldn't say I'm angry at it or anything.

4/10 Service.
8/10 Quality.
7/10 Value.

The other thing I ordered was K&N induction which to their credit arrived quickly (a week roughly), however the sticker on the filter quickly rubbed off and the intake tube had just a big enough diameter to squeeze on to my throttle body. Considering the price, I expected an easier fit and etched sign instead of a sticker on the filter. But that is probably K&N's fault and not the site.

9/10 Service.
6/10 Quality.
5/10 Value.

Overall the prices and service is inconsistent and certainly the prices for interior mods seem high (eg aluminium rings for vents, wheel caps etc) however the pricing may not vary between this site and others that much.

I'd probably order again, but I will be weary of what I get as a lot of people seem to be having some major issues with certain products, namely performance items. And the last thing I want is to be told I can't get a refund or have to use the refunded money on the site. That doesn't seem fair.
