I never take my car to a garage I dont trust. if you cant trust them not to go for a joyride, how can you trust that they double checked the bolts on your brakes?

A bad mechanic can kill you.

A former hyundai dealer garage near me accidentally admitted to me when i had my lantra that they were impressed on how fast i had got it with only a few mods after they went out to "test the steering".

What do they do?

Well how about blowing oil pipes, leaving the sump hanging off, and texting me telling me that its knackered as "when you floor it the clutch slips all the time".

then taking it back in to sort the issues out and they blow fuses and let the car overheat.

yeah, well impressed!!!

Just in case anyone lives around there and was thinking of using them for anything - that place is Portway Garage on the A435, going into Redditch.
