not sure about the gen 1 but my gen 2, the metal strip at the front of the engine holding down the rubber seal completely rusted and breaking away, iv heard a lot of people with the same problem. looks bad but not expensive for a new one |

yeah I've the blinking clock (or should that be blinkin' blinking clock!!) Don't know if its me, but mine (G1) seems to be heavy on the H/T leads - had 3 changes in the 70k of its total 107kmiles |
