i can see your IP :lol

i think that £2 a litre isnt THAT far away - i mean take it now £110.9 - after VAT goes up after xmas, plus another increase no doubt, i reccon it'll be £113.9 - the way its going up and up i think its very possible :(

The whole idea of fuel costing 2 quid a litre in 2015, taking into consideration past, present and future values of money is hardly news worthy in the first place surely? ;)

the day it goes to £2 a liter, ill drive my car as fast as i can straight through BP's hq, and then empty my £10 - 5 litre petrol can, and set fire to the car..

thats assuming i can afford to get there with the high petrol prices

However, it's not BP to blame for the high prices - just drive your car down to Westminster ;)

The Government makes way more money than the oil companies out of sales at the pump........ :aargh

god yes.

Say fuel is £1.15 p/l

15p of that is VAT

2-3p is the garage

56p p/l fuel tax

So from £1.15 you are actually getting around 41p worth of fuel - if that
