parking 3 of 3... hazard lights

now i know hazard lights are the international symbol for "oh dear look at me i seem to have broken down oin these double yellow lines, id better run into this shop for help! and some snacks!" but how confusing can they be when theres parked cars infront and behind of it (maybe they parallel parked between them then put the hazards on) so all you can see up ahead is a car, parked at the side of the road, indicating right (because you cant see their left indicator).... weve all given way to a parked car in these circumstances, even if its just fear they will pull out without checking blind spots.

in circumstances like this please either indicate LEFT or NOT AT ALL! lol

you mean like people who stop on one way systems obstructing traffic? eg "iv just broken down so il go and sell this diffuser" :fingers
