First off, how many times do you see a middle lane hogger or some one undertaking? not very oftern. once every so oftern someone wont be paying attention for what ever reason maybe they have been driving for 5 hours and they havent realised that there holding up the middle lane.

its happened to me before ive found myself in the midle lane with a rather aggresive driver up my back side flashing and caling me all the names under the sun. as soon as i realise my mistake i quickly move into the corect lane. but there really isnt any need for people to be so rude. its a simple mistake.

also whenever i get into my car i assume everyone else on the road is an idiot and has no idea what there doing. and as such im always watching for people who arnt paying attention and try to pull out. if your always expecting driviers to do the stupid thing you will never be caught of gaurd.
