they say the car is done and ready to collect....when i asked what caused the head to blow....

a ruddy cracked pipe from the coolant system to the engine that only leaks under high preisure which is when the car has been driving for awhie. and because the dealer told me to drive it back to the garage the engine got so hot that it blew its top...litrally so moral of the story is...when your engine starts to over heat....dont drive it any more, get it recovered to save the hastle of having to replace the head...lucky for me the car was under warrenty and the guy told me to do it. so all is well going down tonite to pick her up happy days!

oh you bet! if it so much as coughs il have the car back to them! lol

t's one of three things. radiator is clogged. thermostat stuck open. or waterpump.

to see if waterpump is working, unscrew thermostat housing a little to see if it will spew coolant with the engine on. if yes, then it's good. the other two are cakewalk.

you can either get your radiator pressure tested, visually inspect for leaks, or replace the radiator. a new one shouldn't be too expensive and will be easy to put in.

otherwise, if the car is under warranty, they better damn do the job!
