ok i was buying some x-box games from khile from here

i sent him £55 pounds through paypal on monday then he has e-mailed me back saying this

paypal have flagged your payment for what reason i don't know, i would suggest trying to get a refund or ask bank to cancel the payment

i checked my paypal and says he has the money i checked my bank and the money has been sent too him

so what next? can somone help me id like my money back or my games

sounds like the new "risk" flag... ask khile if the funds are in his account just to send it.. as the flags dont seem to mean much..

if he's not comfortable ask him to refund the payment and you can do the deal another way..

I'm pretty sure the money will be in his paypal account

still seems to say he doesant have it carnt just disappear

open a paypal dispute

find the outgoing payment in paypal click details

at the bottom above the return to button click the link in "Have a problem? Address a problem with this transaction in the Resolution Centre."

then click "Report problem with a purchase"

and go through the item dispute process
