A bit later than planned, but the sun was shining today and I had a day off, so i started to "de-garage" (as I've named it) my car.
First up were the plates behind my 'plates. I thought/hoped these would have been put behind the number plates and attached with the same screws, however, they were just attached to the back of the number plate with a piece of double sided sticky foam:
Before:
A simple job of removing the number plates and then pulling off these things resulted in a much nicer view from the back:
Next up was removing the sticker in the back window, didn't get any pictures, but I got rid of iteasily, and it now looks much better!
Lastly was the lettering above the SIII badge. I was gonna go with the heat solution as mentioned by you guys, but after having a quick pick at the lettering, I realised the letters were so weak I could just literally peel them off! I managed to grab my camera to show you all before I took them all off!
'Scuse the dusty car. We'll see if anyone can guess and/or recognise the Garage I got it from!
Much better now:
Even more so after I cleaned the whole car:
Overall I think it looks much nicer and much neater after I've taken all the clutter off!
Thanks for all your help!
