Petrol wouldn't go off. My coupes been off the road for a while and before that I was hardly using it. Got the coupe back on the road last week and ran it until this morning on the fuel remaining from what I put in back on 10th December.

- kept a car in storage for a year with half a tank of fuel and it still started and ran happily on that fuel...

Well your auto box won't help things. As for slip-streaming... I find it doesnt make that much difference. I also had a discovery until recently and the benefits of slip-streaming in that were very noticeable, but the coupe is pretty aerodynamic.

I do 270 miles getting to work. Do hardly any town driving really, so thats prob why i'm getting good MPG.

I have nothing in the boot but perhaps at 17 stone, if I shed a few ounces it might help.
