Right then...

AdamC86 i beleive started this all off and it was a really great idea!

However for some reason he has fallen off the face of the Earth and it hasn't been updated for some time.

So i thought it may be worth while to create a new account, tell you all the email and password, that way you can add yourself and update with mods etc also.

Rite then first you want to go here:

Once your on, the username and password are:

Username - UKHCS@hotmail.co.uk
Password - hyundaicoupe

Rite then, once you've logged in this should be the screen that appears:

Just click the red circle on your internet page, not the picture! :lol

This will then bring you onto this screen:

Again hit the red circle.

Which brings you to this screen:

Now enter your postcode, street, or just your city in the 1st red circle and hit enter.

This will bring you to your location, right click on the red pinpoint and cancel it.

Now if you click on the 2nd red circle this will allow you to drop a blue pinpoint and let you right a title and description, do as before really...

Ooh! didn't relise before, if you cant see the icon covered by the red circle then click the edit button:

Once you've added your information, or you have edited it etc remember to hit save and then done! Otherwise your info is not stored.

Other than that its pretty straight forward to do, if you have got any problems mind just tell me your info and i can always put it up, or just advise you to resolve the issue!

Hope this helps and will be full up with every1s locations soon!

Just came back on line to see if any one else has joined and the one you set up seems to have dissapered but the one I added in is there now but you cant edit it :shock:

I have deleted it and started your one up again but we all have to put are detailes on again damn it :bang

okies i know i am blonde and all that but when i log in and click on mymaps it doesnt show uk hyundai site location bit, what am i doing wrong <sigh>

Umm im going to really not try and sound patronising, so sorry if i do!

Right theres the disclaimer all sorted...

1. You definatley logged in? Sounds silly but you can go on my maps as a public user and not have an account.

2. Go to sign in, or log in cant remember exactly what it is! Throw in the details...

3. Then go to my maps, then UK Hyundai... will be there for you!

IMPORTANT

Please make sure that if you log into the ukhcs@hotmail.com thingy that after you have finished to LOG OUT.

Otherwise, you stay logged in, and your google history is saved and tracked through this.

A good idea, but can pose a security threat to your computer.

For instance - if i was to quote "pony girl" then that would tick through someones mind.

Please be carefull to ensure that you log out after.

I can get on and don't need a password :confused

I saved it as a favorite ages ago and when I click on it, it just fires up :confused

Lakez as you set up the address can't you just tell it that you've forgotten the password and it will send it to you?
