I'm in a bit of a pickle. When I left for work this morning the coupe said I had 90 miles left in the tank. Half way down the A1 the light came on and I have done a further 15 miles since it did come on.

Will I realistically be able to make it 35 miles home? The coupe thinks I can go another 65 miles

The reason I ask is that petrol is cheaper at home and I'd prefer to not have to pay more than I have to.

My route would be A68->A1->A690 and most of that is A1 and A690.

you will probably scrape it, but it's a crap place to run out, if you dont gas it you can normally get about 10 miles after the first cough from lack of petrol. but not always..

I personally would wack a fiver in, which will be 30 miles for me, so I know I'm safe. petrol in sunderland went up today, with asda at 108.9 which is annoying as I was there last night and decided I would just put petrol in in the morning

I may aswell fill up at the asda here then, if asda has gone up since thats where i was planning to go

dnt be so tight and keep it full, letin it run dry tut tut shame on ya, would you go 4 days without eating then turn ur nose up coz the mars bar at home is 3p cheaper lol
