Im hopefully moving into my new house end of next month. I went to see the house again today for measurements etc.

The current owner informed me that one of the neighbours approached them to say they have an allocated parking bay. He was not aware of this, never used it, never needed it. The neighbour has asked if he would consider selling the parking space. Owner has then said blah blah house being sold etc.

So they will now be coming to ask myself if I will sell.

I can't see me needing it, maybe if needed to sell, but the house is at the end of the road so enough parking for me and the girlfriend.

Sorry to go on a bit, but had to set the scene.

My question being, if I do decide to sell it, how much would it be worth.

Just wondering if anyone here in the wealth of knowledge knows a little about the subject.

I tried a google search but didnt really know what to search for.

its only worth as much as there willing to pay

No Idea about the price but something to consider is that you may not require the space but the person you sell on to may. Surely if you don't want it why not rent it to your new neighbour. Find out how much garages rent for and reduce it a bit.

indeed scout. As I said I don't think I need it, but future people might. Does allocated parking come under a council thing, or is it "my" land? or does it just depend on the area?

I figure whilst i prob could make decent amount of money on it, ill prob just end up covering the cost of the extra council tax, plus a little.

Or could sell it to him for 5000 to pay for my tv, sofa, and respray for car, lowering springs, cai, oh and maybe some ear rings for the girlfriend.
