really cant understand the justification behind those numbers - they claim its to get us, the public, to move to greener cars - but how often can us public afford to change their car?!? We're not like them, the Londonite city-worker, earning mega-bucks, running 2 jags
and can pick up a Prius at the drop of a hat... They expect ppl to suddenly be able to afford a new ('cos i cant imagine there's enough on the 2nd hand market to go around) bio/hybrid car? they're f-ing mental (and not in the good "that's mental" way)!
