I hope this is the right place to have a good ol moan cos there is one coming!!!!!


the handbrake cable on my 04 Gen3 snapped and I called up to the dealer.he said a two wk wait for the part which is fair enough. Bit of head scratching over the car's warrenty but they said they will cover it. sent it in anyway, no courtsy car and when i got it back it wasnt washed or valeted. Is this normal???I expected a bit more on the customer services front i have to say
