Oh my god. While my celica is going into the workshop for some 'work', I put the silver coupe on the road.

Anyway, on a round about off and over the A13 (9pm at night) and completely dead, I was taking this round about at about 40 odd in 3rd. Anyway, I know this place like the back of my hand but all of a sudden, the arse end pulled out. luckily I was in a good gear and managed to steer just feet from the barrier. I wasnt even giving it beans.

With Stock 15 inch wheels and brand new tyres, surely it shoudlnt have done that. There are no susoension mods whatsoever....just cai and exhaust. I was rather relieved to come out of it. lol.

My question is have any of your coupes given u this grief? My blue one is fine and the celica is just on rails.

all 3 of my coupes have been total bitches for that all of a sudden the arse just kicks out for no reason even when you are'nt going very fast its a real pain but it all adds to the fun! (until you side swipe a pensioner)

iv never had this or anythinh like this in my gen 2. it hugs the road really well.

to be honest, i fitted gthe front strut bar to mine and it made a great difference, pity the rear wasnt even half as good, i wouldnt trust the rear of my coupe as far as i could throw it, though i do have her on 40mm springs and 18s on

i think 90% of the problem is the tyres, get yourself brilliant tyres and the rest will follow suit
