One of the few guys you could take your car to and say " the dealer said I need to spend several hundred to get this problem put right" and he will look at it and say " I've just tweaked this for you, it should be sorted". and he's right and he might not even charge you...but you'll bung him anyway. He'll also say " it'll be a fair bit less if you provide the parts".....many will look on the parts deal as an extra earner.

Not to forget our own JDRides who supplied my brilliant stage one clutch transforming my car from one that needed nursing away from the kerb to one that will leave 20 yards of black stripes if you want it to ....( I measured ).

...(are you sure it's only stage one Jay?)

I have to agree in part with DGH regarding S.G.Petch at Darlington. I've had a few small warranty problems which they've fixed without question on warranty, always provide courtesy car and all this despite buying my S111 at a different dealer in Cumbria.
Just booked in for 1st year 10,000 mile service. Â£247 including the body inspection for the corrosion warranty and of course a courtesy car.
Can't grumble at that. Well I can, but it would be unwarranted.
