Yeh it is quite a useful tool if you are not sure where some of the other stuff is located on the system. I've never needed to use it BUT I have tried it on Windows 7 32-bit (On a Samsung R510 laptop) and it works fine just to confirm what Rik said at the end of his post.

I like having access to everything all in one place - the way stuff is generally spread around the hard drive crazes me.

Bear in minnd tho that when I started using computers they came with 1K of rom, no ram at all and you loaded software up from a cassette tape if you were lucky/rich. If you were unlucky/poor you had to write the software first

Just a note here, theres no actual need to have the first part of the string called "godmode", it can actually be anything, like "snorky.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}".
