If you've got an RTM version, it doesn't need upgrading (it's the same as a retail version). If it's a beta or release candidate (RC), then it will expire. |

I have Windows 7 Ultimate edition ... And you are not the only one whom got it free See I say there isn't much of a performance difference but I disabled most the services that wheren't being used and did the the whole page filing thing aswell as havin 4GB RAM so Vista was quick anyway, main difference I have noticed which is dead weird is that the HD output is a lot better then Vista which I found strange? Maybe W-7 is a lot quicker then Vista, I'll have to re-install the bog standard version at some point and try it again, can't remember tbh lol! I find myself using it most of the time now, btw, Norton Internet Security 2009 is also compatable with W-7 |
