Post subject: | looking to buy new phone |
(hope this is right section, move if not. thanks. ) Looking to buy a new phone, i've got a Sony Ericsson C905 but i'm really not into the user interface and the texting is so counter-intuitive, which is a big problem as I text a lot! So... I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions! I've had Samsungs before, always got on well with them and never had problems. Also considering Nokia as they seem to be extremely reliable with good features. I'm thinking about maybe the N85? I'm definately not buying another Sony Ericsson! I don't want to spend a lot (like £250 or over), so i'm not really considering touch-screen and i'm not on a phone plan that will allow me unlimited internet access so being able to view webpages nicely isn't really high on the priorities list, however, I do have a wireless network at home and it may be useful to be able to do some web browsing from the phone or maybe in mcdonalds! Also: i'm going on holiday soon canal boating and it's often hard to get a TV signal, therefore it would be great if I was able to watch stuff from BBC iPlayer (which I know the N85 is capable of), in it's current state the old wiring cannot support my laptop, but will support a phone. Thanks in advance |
