I wanted GT5 to be real.....

I still didn't win everything on GT4. Love the GTurismo's.... as soon as I can get a price I like for the PS3 it will be accompanied by GT5....meanwhile I will continue collecting cups on GT4...mostly have the endurance races left....and some Peugeot and such like manufacturers stuff to complete...

I never bought a PStation while they were still full price...can't break that tradition now.

The only 'arcade' racing games I can get on with are the recent Outruns where you get to destroy everything in sight.

I've dropped a load of hints relating to what to spend the gf's end of year bonus on, and i think they've all been lost (or more likely ignored), grr...

tbh, v tempted by GT5, but will probably wait for the full game next year instead of this glorified demo - and by then hopefully they'll have the "proper" PS3 back available. If I give in and get a PS3 I want one with the backwards compatability - think it's been a really dumb move by Sony to drop it. But, 80gig version should be out soon-ish, and that should have it back in...

i have done all bar one of the challenges on the first group.

the one that i'm having trouble with is the type r only one, you have to overtake everyone in one lap.

the slip streaming is so good, you can hear the difference when you pull out to overtake.
dunno about anyone else, but i actually find it easier without the traction control and all the other assist stuff.

the other point is the gears. do you like auto or manual.... these days i can only use manual gear boxes... strange i know!!!

Yeah Kev thats the one i'm stuck on ... i go blasting passed everyone and come 2nd every time , the bugga always beats me by 3 seconds

its all about racer driver GRID on 360! much better graphics, for those of u online, get the video 4 it!
