a bit cheaky i know but.......what sort of price for the conversion ?

I must be dumb, what is that tank in the back? and whats the convertion?

Clear corners is a must for all Gen 3 coupes. looking tidy.

i bought the car with it done, so paid a little above the odds for it, i think the conversion was about £1500-£1700,

its a really good one, it starts on petrol then at a certain temp/revs it automatically switches to gas and if you hoof it at 5k revs it goes back to petrol to give you some more ooomph!!

you can get smaller tanks that go in the wheel well too to save on boot space

Now put a huge NOS sticker on the tank, that should scare a few people!

flatbeats: the tank is the gas tank, 65 litres, one of the larger one, basically the car starts on petrol then switches over to lpg (gas) which is 38p a litre so running costs are less than halved, you do lose a bit of power but who cares!!, you can switch back to petrol at the push of a button on the dash too.

the conversion takes a couple of days to do at an approved place, i had it back to be serviced by him a few weeks back and he re-tuned it too using a laptop on the move as i drove it, i am gonna have it back to him as i have fitted an induction kit now so it needs refining a bit

i'm gonna get a nos sticker for it by the way!!
