Finally got my door cards done in a leather/ostirich combo.
Also blagged a new "shark" leather mission plate

quite like the mission plate but tbh im not keen on the door cards.....cant put my finger on what it is i dont like, think it may be the line that the red takes :confused

I like the door cards mate, especially in the 4th picture looks class, as said...not sure about the bumpy texture look though. If you dont mind me asking what sort of price did this set you back?

I was originally going to have black/tan with a smaller line (close to original) but I thought what the hell and went for the above. I wanted it to stand out more and I guess I got that lol

Mission plate was just my idea for a laugh. I love sharks and thought why not... for now. The mission plate will change on a monthly basis I think.
The ostirich is definately one of those you either love or hate and in red thats another thing :rollin

Probably keep this as the theme for the rest of the car for this project.
Next is the arm rest, backs of the seats (plastic cover things), and parts of the leather seats.
Still got all the original parts so it would be no drama if I wanted to sell the car and return to original.

Price, not sure yet as he aint billed me yet. So it has just cost me materials so far but I will let you know how much the final bill is.
Ive known him for 28 years so it had better be cheap or the 29th year aint happening haha

Do get the price up, if he does a good job with my gear gaiter and handbrake gaiter I plan on getting him to do some more of my interior, bit of stitching would be good :thumbup

You know what i love about both? There different!!!! Only thing id do different is perhaps red leather instead of the bumpy stuff not too struck on that :roll:
