Car is almost fixed now :thumbup

. Just waiting to get the bumper back from the bodyshop. A serious lack of funds stopped me from getting it fixed sooner.

Some pix of the progress so far..................

The crash damage

The recess I cut into each side of the bumper to fit 24cm R8 style LED's as fog-lights

My tasty new carbon fibre bonnet

Those evil jaffa bits!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sprayed the headlights black and test fitted the bonnet and bumper

The sides of the bumper were very poorly designed and didn't really have any mounting points for under the wings so I cut the sides off the original bumper and fitted them to the new one

There was a 8x1 inch long gap under each headlight which had to be filled

I'll post up some more pix when I get the bumper back and I have everything fitted

Someone crashed into me and I ended up with a Coupe :-)

I had a Fiat Punto sport and quite liked it. When someone wrote it off I was gutted, but not for long! With the pay out from the insurance and a few more pennies I started looking for something new, then came along my Coupe :cool:

The crash happened a few days after Christmas and I still get shoulder pains :-(
