Here is a few pics of the dash in. Couldnt do any more than that becaus i ran out of paint. Off to B&Q tomorrow. It needs another coar and some laquer but looks good.

Looks good, fella. just wondering tho... Does the orange not reflect horribly on the windscreen in bright sun? I had horrendus glare when I first got my Gen1 cuz the geezer before had silicone-polished all the dash, came off OK with Fairy and green scrubby however

it reacted then mate, did you use aerosol lacquer after spraying everything else with a spray gun?

Here they are, the hyundai badge was a nightmare and turned out poor up close. Overall i like them. Just got to clean the tyres and car when the paint has fully hardened

Looks really good, get an EVO spoiler and then spray it black but have the horizontal part orange leaving the 'fins' black.

black around the edge of the wheel! and black on the sides of the spokes

cheers guys, i may get a evo spoiler so thats on my list. not changing the rims for a while hig mate. Oh and yea calipers are on my list when i replace disks and refurb calipers

While waiting for some new ht leads to be delivered, i decided to attack my rocker cover. Came out ok but the paint reacted a bit so may have to re-do it some time. But i like it,

just got to clean the rest of the engine now lol

well, the stripes would have gone on today, but oh my god they are hard. This is what it would look like but i couldnt cut it right or sit them right. so i am going to get them done properly when she gets a respray (maybe even painted on)

Like the progress, some good little mods in there!

I think some engine bling would look good, like polished intake manifold etc!

Not to keen on the bonnet stripes, perhaps one or two solid ones would look better!

I only think white stripes would look good, but don't see the need for them on the Coupe, then again, I'm a beleiver that Viper stripes should only be put on a Viper (love that car!)

They are not viper stripes, nor are the ones they put on a viper, they were used long before the viper was even thought of, the original Ford GT40 had them back in the 60's (before the bloke who designed the viper was born)

I know but they look best on the viper!

Maybe t6hey should be called

Cobra stripes





or Mustang stripes





(and I think the stripes look sooooo much better on the cobra)
