Thats the best colour apart from blakc i'd say!!! :cool:

Those alloys are perfect for it! Where did you get them from? Is it lowered at all?

The alloys are 17" Cesam Motegi Sport from , and as Xorro says, were defo the right choice :mrgreen:

As for lowered, I've recently had some Eibachs put on (supplied by PerformanceCoupe), you can see the pic - more will go up when my site is done...

That looks magic lowered mate, the wheels fit some snug in the arches.

i cant wait till i get my new black se home and get some 17"s ordered too for the summertime. maybe stick some bilstein shock and springs on the credit card before that!!! Get her looking sweet as that!!! :cool:

As everyone has said, those wheels look great! They fill the arches perfectly.

Oh an I hope you dont mind that I had a neaky peak at your website as well..... Looks great, love the pics and Vids, great stuff.

I find this thread quite revealing. There is no doubt that the wheels on this car are very nice. But what all these very positive reactions tells me is that Mike has achieved with his car what Hyundai have very obviously failed to achieve in the first place.

The Gen1 and Gen2's are styled in such a way that the standard wheels look woefully inadequate. Actually, the Gen 3 suffers a bit from this too. Especially the 1.6.

Mikes wheels are the wheels that Hyundai should have fitted as standard! They actually make the car look really nice!

Therefore, I pronounce that all Gen 1's and 2's must have 17" wheels fitted with Mikes width and offset by the end of the year. Make it so!
