Hi peeps, myself and AcePage will attend. I will be working but will try and get awayfor 2 so should be up there for 3 at the latest.

Will hopefully have my exhaust fitted by then too, just ordered it today but there is a 3 week wait cause its being ordered from the manufacturers. Good times though.

Will try and make it down for my first meet if I can.

Should have had it machine polished by then but the 2Hour drive down the heavily salted roads will probably hide that!!!

2 hours? The curse of the A9 will stop that - iv always meet a truck/bus when it goes back into single carrageways

I thought I was being very generous to myself saying two hours.

The curse of the A9 is so true. You are coming to the end of the Dual Carriageway and you can see that bus or lorry ahead.
No matter how far your foot is to the floor, you never make it before it merges back into single carriageway.

Last time I came up the A9 my engine decided to burn oil from then on.
Now I have a new engine maybe I should allow three hours to Stirling..?

2Hrs 25mins from Stepps(Glasgow) to Inverness and my engine went.

It averages out at 65miles an hour. SO I wasn't necessarily speeding.

I will probably head down on the Friday night. Got a mate in Stirling Uni so will stay with her.
