how can i change my picture resolution so i can upload image of my car onto the forum as all my pics come up with resolution to high to upload

hi mate

by any chance if you have paint shop pro.

go to image in the menu section.

then resize image.

then goto the part that says, image size and you will see some numbers. you can change either percentage or pixel size. select pixel size, then input 800 in x axis and 600 in the y axis.

you will then need to save the picture. and upload it

if you have any other progs for paint stuff, let us know and i'll try to help

Just to make this topic more useful to people...

Anyone who doesnt have paintshop pro can download a program called Irfanview

Its free, and lets you modify the resolution size (as well as other things).

I use http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/

Dead easy and free as well and you can do loads at the same time
