Its prob about time i added myself to the list of Ex-Coupe owners. Bought myself a wee C2 Vtr and i have to say im quite impressed by it, slightly more so than my Gen3.5 (i live in the country) I think its slightly quicker than the coupe, well it feels like it anyway! lol. I do miss the sound of my coupe but ill be honest and say that thats about it. Next car will be a Mugen DC5.

Gaz

a C2 better than a real car (any real car, not just the coupe) - you having a laugh, they are possibly the crappiest car I have ever had the misfortune to have got in.

Haha

100scout, i didnt say it was better than a real car, real cars are Porsche, ferrari, lambo, bmw, audi, honda's i could go on a bit but you would be waiting a while for hyundai to come up. I know citroen aren't the best cars in the world i just think mine is alot more fun to drive and quicker on any b road than any coupe i've ever been in :lol

New drivers ?

I had been driving for 19 years before I got mine !

I wouldn't say that they are SH!T cars, just very poorly built, unreliable and slightly "girly"

Great handling on B roads when they been lowered !

Typical French car tho - let down by build quality....

I bought my coupe on impulse at the time. The coupe was nothing compared to the Ibiza Cupra R i had before that and the Clio 172 before that. My auld man had a 911 Carerra 4s so i know good cars. I didn't think my coupe was the best thing since sliced bread and will prob not buy another hyundai again. C2's are cheap and fun, i bought mine to put a bit of money away to go on a few more holidays, go to australia for a year next year and get my DC5 when i can get the insurance (prob when im 25)

I rate the C2 Average along with the coupe so don't get your shirt in a twist liverpool2 ;)

I love my coupe so far, wasn't overly impressed with my FTO and LOVED my MGF. Out of the three...so far..bearing in mind i've only actually been "driving" the coupe less than a week...the MGF wins hands down. But saying that, the handling rivals the MGF even though the F is RWD and the coupe has back seats and is generally more reliable. Jury is still out until i'm properly used to my coupe and have it running how i want.

Citroen...unfortunately not something i'd entertain i'm yet to see a citroen with looks that even slighty appeal to me, so engine wise i couldn't care less until they bring out something that doesn't look like a foot!
